Biography
Electric Light Orchestra (or ELO for short, and subsequently Jeff Lynne's ELO) was a British rock group formed from The Move in Birmingham, England, which released eleven studio albums between 1971 and 1986 and three more albums
in 2001, in 2015 and in 2019, both which featured only and from the original lineup. Following the 2015 album release, the band toured as Jeff Lynne's ELO until final live dates in 2025. A separate band featuring some former members toured and recorded without Lynne as between 1988 and 1999.
